In late 2017, Eddie Myrskog and Bernhard Forstén decided to challenge themselves and run a 100 km ultra marathon. They had never run a normal marathon before.

After a failed first attempt, Eddie and Bernhard were determined for a retry. A team consisting of five friends was formed and a project called BOLD100 was created, with the goal to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research by completing a 100 km ultra marathon. The ultra marathon took place in August 31st 2018, raising 12 160 € for breast cancer research.

As a result of the successful project, we decided to start the organisation Bold Projects. We want to try out new things, and provide a platform for members to co-organize and create daring projects that are both environmental and creative.
